Requirements	Every subscriber must comply with the following rules; Know how to swim 25 meters and immerse yourself Wear the lifejacket during the entire activity Comply with the instructions given by the management team Do not be under the influence of products likely to blur the judgment or to diminish the physical capacities (drugs, alcohol, drugs, ...) Do not be subject to seizure diseases or have treatment available Be aware of the specific nature of outdoor activities that expose to unusual conditions (isolation, climatic conditions, immersion, cold, sun, ...) Do not have a medical contraindication to the practice of a physical activity
Important information	Be present 30 minutes before departure to equip. The event is depending to favorable weather and hydrological conditions to practice. DEPARTURE: Right Bank of the Saone facing the northern tip of Ile Barbe, From the Velten stop, walk 100 meters north upstream of the bus stop to the car park below (attention, parking only accessible to service vehicles). ARRIVAL: Canoe Nautical Base, 7 Rue Antonin Perrin.

Prendre metro D de Bellecour à Gare de Vaise, puis le Bus 31 ou 43 de gare de Vaise à l’arrêt « Velten » Prendre le bus 31 directement de « gare Perrache » à l’arrêt « Velten» Station Vélo'v « Saint Rambert/ile Barbe » A partir de l'arrêt Velten, marcher 100 mètres vers le nord en amont de l'arrêt de bus jusqu'au parking en contre bas (attention, parking uniquement accessible aux véhicules de service).
